Step 1: Log in to Your Dubb Account
First, make sure you're logged into your Dubb account on your browser. If you're not logged in, go to the Dubb homepage and sign in using your credentials.
Step 2: Access Your Subscription Settings
On the left side menu, click on Your Profile (the icon in the top-right corner).
From the dropdown, click on Subscribe to access your subscription details.
Step 3: Locate Subscription Information
Once on the subscription page, you will see your current plan details, including your plan name and status. If you're subscribed to a plan, you'll see the plan name along with a note about it, like "You are currently subscribed to the Pro Plus (Yearly) plan."
Step 4: Cancel/Pause Your Subscription
On the subscription page, you will find the option to Cancel Subscription or Pause Subscription.
Click on the three dots (ellipsis) next to the "Pro" or current plan.
From the dropdown menu, select Cancel Subscription or Pause Subscription to proceed.
Step 5: Confirm Your Cancellation
Once you click Cancel Subscription or Pause Subscription, a prompt will appear asking you to confirm your action.
Step 6: Final Steps
After confirmation, your subscription will be canceled or paused. You will retain access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period.
