Personalize Thumbnails with Mobile App

Here's a quick video:​

Download and install the Dubb Mobile App from your device’s app store if you haven’t already. Launch the app and log into your Dubb account.

In the app’s main interface, look to the top corner for the Whiteboard button — a small icon usually in the top right area. Tap this button to enter the whiteboard mode.

Step 3: Add Your Personalized Text

Once the whiteboard opens, type the text you want to appear on your thumbnail. For example, “Hey John,” or any message relevant to your recipient.

Step 4: Record Your Thumbnail Video

Turn your phone sideways to landscape mode for a full-screen view. Now, record a short video snippet that includes your personalized message. For example, say, “Hey John, check out this video I made for you.”

After recording, the app automatically takes the first three seconds of this personalized video to generate your thumbnail preview. This preview is what viewers will see in emails, texts, or wherever you share your video.

Go into your video library, select the video you want to send, and the personalized thumbnail will be attached automatically. Now your video stands out with a custom preview that’s more likely to get clicks and responses.
