Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Insert Your Video Thumbnail

Start by inserting your Dubb video into the email body using the Dubb Chrome Extension or copy-pasting the video link embed.

Step 2: Select the Thumbnail

Click directly on the video thumbnail in the email body.
You’ll see a resizing frame appear around the thumbnail image—this indicates it’s ready to be adjusted.

Step 3: Resize the Thumbnail

Resize handles:

Click and drag the corners or sides of the frame to increase or decrease the size.
You can do this in:

  • Gmail

  • Outlook

  • Other email platforms that support image resizing

Step 4: Preview and Send

Double-check your email layout on both desktop and mobile preview.
Make sure the video thumbnail size looks consistent and visually appealing before sending.
