Here’s how to set it up:

Step 1: Install Dubb Chrome Extension from the Chrome Store and sign in to your Dubb account. You can sign up here in 30 seconds if you don’t already have an account. www.dubb.com/register

Step 2: Log in to your Trello account and create a task, and in the task window you would see the Dubb icon beneath the description box.

Step 3: Click on the Dubb icon to reveal a drop-down menu where you can choose to:

  • Choose your pre-recorded video from your Dubb library

  • Record a new video (your screen or webcam)

  • Upload a video from your computer, or another source online

  • Add a video from YouTube

Step 4: Select your pre-recorded video from the Dubb library, add a personalization text in the field above the video, then click on insert video

Step 5: A link to the video will automatically be generated and pasted in the description box, so whoever opens the task will be able to access the video message to carry out the task.

You can also add your video to the activity text box. All you have to do is click on the text box to reveal the Dubb icon, and then you follow steps 3-5 above.

You can view the performance of your video message from the reporting section of your Dubb account to track

  • Email click rates

  • Overall video views

  • Watch rates

  • Emoji reaction rates

  • CTA click rates
