Here’s how to set it up;

Step 1: Install Dubb Chrome Extension from the Chrome store and sign in to your Dubb account.

Step 2: Log in to your Creatio dashboard and on the left panel, click on the “Contacts” button, then select a contact.

Step 3: On the message window, look out for the Dubb icon on the text formatting toolbar and then click on it.

Step 4: You’ll have the option to;

Step 5: After selecting your video, add a personalization text using the field above the video, then click on insert video. A preview GIF will be generated automatically.

Step 6: Click send and then track the performance of the video from the reporting section of your Dubb account.
