The Dubb-Mokapen integration allows you to quickly send and track video messages through your Mokapen CRM — with zero coding.

You can record your screen, webcam, or both. And with Dubb's real-time notifications you can track and see;

Here’s how to set it up;

Step 1: Install Dubb Chrome Extension from the Chrome store and sign in to your Dubb account.

Step 2: Log in to your Mokapen dashboard and on the top right corner, click on the “Contacts” button, and then select “Contacts” from the drop-down.

Step 3: Select a contact from the list and on the right pane, scroll down to the email box to compose an email.

Step 4: On the message window, look out for the Dubb icon on the text formatting toolbar and then click on it.

Step 5: You’ll have the option to;

Step 6: After selecting your video,add a personalization text using the field above the video, then click on insert video. A preview GIF will be generated automatically.

Step 7: Click send and then track the performance of the video from the reporting section of your Dubb account.
