Here’s how to integrate Dubb into your Rackspace CRM to enable you to send dynamic, pre-recorded video messages.

Step 1: Install Dubb Chrome Extension from the Chrome store and sign in to your Dubb account. You can sign up here in 30 seconds if you don’t already have an account. www.dubb.com/register

Step 2: Log in to rack space and go ahead to create a new message. In the message toolbar, you will see the Dubb icon.

Step 3: Click on the Dubb icon to reveal a drop-down menu where you can chose to;

Step 4: After selecting your pre-recorded video from the Dubb library, add a personalized text in the field above the video, and click on insert video.

Step 5: Your pre-recorded video will be posted in the message box alongside a link to the video, and you can send it to your desired recipient.

After sending your message, you will be able to track the performance of the video message from the reporting section of your Dubb account to see
