How to Verify Your Phone Number

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log In to Your Dubb Account

    Begin by logging into your Dubb account.

  2. Navigate to the Profile Settings

    Once you're logged in, go to your profile by clicking on your account icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Enter the Phone Number Section

    In the account settings page, look for the "Phone Number" section. If you have not yet entered your phone number, you’ll see an option to add it. If your phone number is already entered, you can proceed to the verification step.

  4. Add Your Phone Number

    If you haven't added a phone number yet, click the "Add Phone Number" button. Enter your phone number, ensuring that you select the correct country code from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click the 'Verify' Button

    After entering your phone number, click the “Verify” button. This will trigger a verification process that sends a code to your phone.

  6. Check Your Phone for the Verification Code

    Within moments, you will receive a text message containing a 6-digit verification code. Open the message and copy the code.

  7. Enter the Code in Dubb

    Return to the Dubb platform and paste or type the verification code into the field provided. Click "Verify" to complete the process.

  8. Confirmation

    Once your phone number is successfully verified, you will see a confirmation message. Your phone number is now linked to your account and ready for use.
