Here's how to manage tags in bulk:

Click the ‘Videos’ tab on the left sidebar to have access to your full video library. Videos can be viewed in either a grid or list fashion.

Using the grid view, you can organize your videos by selecting ‘All Videos’, ‘My Videos’, or ‘Team Videos’ or sorting them by tag. List view allows you to select videos in bulk so that you may delete or add relevant tags all at once.
