What is Video Library in Dubb?

Your video library is the command center of your Dubb experience. Whether you're recording personalized video messages, collaborating with team members, or replying to leads, every video you create is stored and organized for quick access. In this guide, we’ll show you how to create, edit, sort, tag, and manage your videos using Dubb’s intuitive Video Library system.

Here's a quick video:

1. Accessing Your Video Library

Personal Video Library

Every Dubb user has a personal video library, where all videos you create are automatically stored in the order they were recorded.

Steps to access:

  1. Log in to your Dubb account.

  2. Click on the “Videos” tab in the left-side navigation menu.

  3. Your personal video library will appear by default, with thumbnails of your videos.

  4. Switch to List View for a more detailed look at your video titles, tags, and engagement metrics.

2. Navigating the Team Video Library

If you're part of a Dubb Team account, you may also have access to a team video library.

Permissions:

  • Admins: Can view all videos created by team members.

  • Users (non-admins): Can only see their own videos and any that are specifically shared with them.

Steps to access:

  1. Go to the “Videos” tab.

  2. Use the drop-down or filters to toggle between personal and team videos (visible to admins or when shared).

3. Using the Video Reply Library

The Video Reply Library is where all your video replies are stored, whether created in Dubb’s CRM or from email responses.

Key Features:

  • Replies are stored automatically.

  • Downloadable in MP4 format.

To access video replies:

  1. Navigate to the “Videos” tab.

  2. Click on the “Replies” filter.

  3. Select a video reply to preview, share, or download.

4. Organizing with Tags

Here's a quick video for tags:

Dubb allows you to organize your video library using tags, which can be manually added or applied via presets.

To tag a video manually:

  1. In the video library, hover over a video and click the edit (pencil) icon.

  2. In the video settings, scroll to the Tags field.

  3. Enter a new or existing tag and click “Save.”

To filter by tag:

  1. In the video library, click the “Filter” dropdown.

  2. Select the tag you want to search by.

  3. Your library will display only videos associated with that tag.

Note: For deeper tagging strategies, refer to Dubb's Tag Training video.

5. Editing Your Videos

Dubb makes it easy to edit your videos for maximum impact.

To edit a video:

  1. From the video library, click the three-dot on a video and click Edit.

  2. You’ll be able to update the title, thumbnail, CTA, tags, and landing page settings.

  3. Save your changes to apply them across all shares of that video.

6. Downloading Videos

You can download any of your videos—including replies—in standard MP4 format for use outside Dubb.

Steps to download:

  1. Find the video in your library.

  2. Click the “...” (more options) menu.
