Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access the CRM
From your Dubb dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on CRM, then select Contacts.
Tip: You can manage your contacts from both the “Contacts” and “Companies” tabs. For deletion, use the Contacts tab.
Step 2: Select Contacts to Delete
You have multiple ways to select contacts:
Individually by checking the gray box next to each name
All on the Page by clicking the top checkbox
All Filtered Contacts across pages by using the filter select-all option
For Individual:
For All on the Page:
All Filtered Contact:
Once selected, a blue dropdown button will appear in the upper-left corner of the contact table.
Step 3: Choose the Delete Option
Click the blue dropdown button, and a menu will appear. Select Delete from the list of options:
Add Tags
Remove Tags
Update Owner
Send Email
Unsubscribe
Delete
Step 4: Confirm Deletion
You’ll be prompted with a confirmation box that asks, “Are you sure?”
Click Yes, delete! to confirm.
Step 5: Completion Message
Once the deletion is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message:
Deleted!
Your contacts have been deleted.
This ensures your CRM stays clean and up to date, keeping your sales and outreach efforts efficient.
