Step-by-Step: How to Access and Manage Contacts

1. Navigate to the CRM

From your Dubb Dashboard, click CRM on the left-hand navigation menu.
Then, select Contacts from the dropdown menu.



2. Add New Contacts

Click the ADD NEW CONTACT button at the top right.


You can then:

  • Fill out contact details manually

  • Import a list via CSV

  • Sync Google Contacts

  • Sync Outlook Contacts


3. Tag and Organize

Use tags to organize contacts by source, funnel stage, or campaign. Tags like LEAD, SIGNUP, or AFFILIATE help you filter and sort contacts quickly.


4. View Contact Data

For each contact, you can see:

  • Watch history of videos sent via Dubb

  • Email open rates

  • Click-throughs

  • Phone and web details

  • Custom fields you define

This allows you to identify your hottest leads at a glance.


5. Search and Filter Smartly

Use the search bar or click Edit Columns to customize your view.
You can filter by tags, title, engagement level, and more—perfect for laser-targeting follow-ups.
