Deals - You can associate a deal with your contacts and assign it to a specific team member, and then manage, monitor, and move them down the line. You will see the Deals section on the left navigation menu or here:
3. Tasks - You can assign tasks to your team members, and add a due date. The tasks can also be created with Automation, so they don't have to be created manually.
