Step-by-Step: How to Use the Dubb Dashboard

1. Access the Dashboard

Once logged into your Dubb account, you’ll land on the Dashboard—a high-level snapshot of all your recent activity, video performance, campaign data, and CRM insights.

2. Create a New Video

  • Click the red + Video button at the top right.

  • Choose from multiple recording options:

    • Record your screen and/or webcam using the Dubb desktop app or Chrome extension.

    • Upload an existing MP4 file.

    • Add a YouTube video by pasting the URL.

  • After recording or uploading, customize your video page:

    • Add a thumbnail, call-to-action (CTA) buttons, and custom branding.

    • Enable emoji response buttons for quick viewer feedback.

    • Add personalization text above your video.

3. Manage Your Videos

  • Navigate to the Videos tab in the top navigation bar.

  • From here, you can:

    • Click the three-dot menu beside any video to edit, duplicate, or delete.

    • Filter or search your videos by title, date, or tag.

4. Use the CRM to Manage Contacts

  • Go to CRM > Contacts to view, import, or manually add contacts.

  • Filter by tags, activity, or engagement score.

  • Click a contact to view their timeline and activity history, such as email opens, video views, and CTA clicks.

5. Send Campaigns and Automations

  • From the Campaigns tab, you can:

    • Create email and SMS campaigns using customizable templates.

    • Choose recipients from your CRM or import a list.

    • Schedule sends or send immediately.

    • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and video performance within campaigns.

  • Under Automation, you can set up workflows to trigger follow-ups based on viewer behavior—like sending a message if a contact clicks a CTA or finishes watching a video.

6. View Analytics and Reporting

  • Click on Analytics to see:

    • Individual video performance

    • Contact engagement summaries

    • Team performance (if applicable)

  • Use this data to optimize your messaging, CTAs, and follow-ups.


7. Team Collaboration (For Pro Users and Above)

  • Access Team > Members to invite collaborators.

  • Assign roles, monitor usage, and share videos or templates across your team.

8. Settings and Profile Management

  • Click your Profile icon in the top right.

  • Here you can update:

    • Your email signature

    • Notifications

    • Video page defaults

    • Integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Zapier, CRMs, etc.)
