Step-by-Step: How to Use Tasks in Dubb

1. Accessing Tasks
You’ll now see a full table of tasks with columns like Title, Contact, Creator, Assignee, and Due Date.
2. Create a New Task
Click the blue ➕ Create Task button in the top right.
Fill in the task details:
Title
Description
Contact, Deal and Video association
Assignee
Due Date
Status (Pending or Completed)
This will immediately populate your tasks board and notify the assignee (if applicable).
3. Use Filters to Organize
Above the task table, you’ll find powerful filters to manage large lists:
Team Filters: Choose between tasks assigned to All, Me, or a specific team member.
Status Filters: Toggle between Pending and Completed tasks.
Search Bar: Instantly locate tasks by title or contact name.
Custom Saved Filters: Access filters like “Billy’s Filter” to recall specific task views.
4. Edit or Update Tasks
To edit an existing task:
Click the task title in the list.
Make your updates.
Hit Save. The changes save automatically and are reflected in real-time.
5. Automation Capabilities
Tasks can also be auto-generated via Dubb Automation workflows. For example:
After a video is watched
When a lead fills out a form
Following a drip campaign step
This ensures no prospect falls through the cracks.
6. Track and Complete Tasks
Tasks are updated in real-time and support status tracking. Once completed:
Simply check the task or change the status to “Completed.”
You can also bulk mark tasks if needed for faster cleanup.
