Can I send an email campaign without a video?

The answer is Yes.

To send an email campaign visit Campaigns > Email (from the left navigation). Once you edit or create a new campaign, you’ll be required to specify the details of the campaign.

To send an email campaign without a video, make sure that a video thumbnail is NOT selected and remove the {{video-placeholder}} token from the body of the email.
