Your email signature is an effective way to give your readers the information they need to contact you. Now you can include a signature in your Dubb video emails to stand out from the crowd and leave a great impression.

Here’s how to set up and include a signature in your video emails:

Step 1: At the top right of your dashboard, click on your profile picture, then “Settings” and open the “Profile” section.

Step 2: You’ll notice an “Email Signature” section where you can paste your signature in the box.

Step 3: Copy and paste your signature in the box and click “Update” to save.

At this point, your signature has been added to your profile.

Method 1: On the video edit page, click the “Share and send” button at the top right, and then tick the “Include email signature” at the bottom of the pop up.

Method 2: When sending an email campaign, click on “Edit Campaign” and select the “Body” tab to edit the specific email. You can then tick the “Include email signature” at the bottom of the tab.

Method 3: When sending to contacts saved in your Dubb account, click on the “Email” tab and you’ll find the signature box at the bottom of the page.
