Please reference the article below for instructions.
If you have external devices (such as monitors, microphones, or webcams) that are not connecting follow these steps:
1. Unplug all of your external devices.
2. Clear your Chrome Browser Content Settings.
To do this go to the settings section of your Google Chrome browser and select: More Tools > Clear Browsing Data > Advanced > Content Settings > ✓ > Clear Data
3. Refresh your device connections.
4. Uninstall the Dubb Chrome Extension:
To uninstall the Dubb Chrome Extension, you can select "Remove from Chrome" on this page or right-mouse-click over the Dubb Chrome Extension icon in your Chrome Browser and select "Remove from Chrome".
5. Reinstall the Dubb Chrome Extension.
6. If you are unable to see your devices (mic and webcam), and they are blank, here's how to resolve them:
Click the three dots in the top right corner of your Chrome browser, select More Tools, and then click Extensions:
Next, make sure that the Developer mode is on:
On that page, you will find the Dubb extension settings box. Click "background page" link:
In the Console tab, click on the empty space, and enter this code:
chrome.storage.local.set({‘has-media-device-permission’: true})
