Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Chrome Settings
Click the three dots (menu icon) in the upper-right corner of your Chrome browser.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Navigate to Privacy and Security
In the Settings menu, scroll down and click on Privacy and security.
Then, select Site settings.

3. Manage Camera Settings
In Site settings, find and click on Camera.
Ensure that the correct webcam is selected as the default device.
If you have multiple cameras, choose the one you want Dubb to access.
If your preferred camera is unplugged and re-plugged often, you may need to update this setting accordingly.

4. Manage Microphone Settings
Similarly, go back to Site settings.
Select Microphone.
Choose the appropriate microphone device for Dubb to use.

5. Reset Permissions for Dubb
If you previously blocked camera or microphone permissions for Dubb, you need to remove those blocks:
In Site settings, scroll to Permissions and find any camera or microphone permissions related to Dubb (or
corp.dubb.com
).Delete or reset these permissions to clear any blocks.

6. Revisit Dubb Website or Reinstall Extension
After resetting permissions, reload the Dubb dashboard page or reinstall the Dubb Chrome extension.
When prompted by Chrome to allow camera and microphone access, click “Allow” for both devices.
Always choose Allow to prevent access issues.
