Troubleshooting Microphone and Camera Issues on Chrome

To ensure seamless recording on the Dubb website, follow these steps:

1. Update Chrome

  • Action: Ensure you’re using the latest version of Chrome.

  • Benefit: Updates may fix bugs and compatibility issues.

2. Check Microphone Permissions

  • Action: Go to Settings > Advanced > Content Settings > Microphone, or visit chrome://settings/content/microphone.

  • Benefit: Ensures Chrome has access to your microphone.

3. Verify Camera Permissions

  • Action: Go to chrome://settings/content/camera, select the correct camera, and clear or reset permissions for the Dubb website.

  • Benefit: Ensures the correct camera and permissions are set.
