System Requirements
Before using virtual backgrounds, ensure your system meets these minimum requirements:
Operating System: macOS 13 or later / Windows 10 64-bit
RAM: 8GB
CPU: Intel i7 dual-core or equivalent
If your system qualifies, you're ready to create immersive, branded videos with background visuals that reinforce your message.

Step 1: Access the Video Creator
Log into your Dubb dashboard at corp.dubb.com.
Click the red camera icon (📹) in the top-right toolbar or go to
Videos > Create.
Step 2: Select Webcam Mode
From the "Create a Video" page, select the Webcam tab.
Ensure your camera and microphone are correctly configured.
Webcam dropdown lets you pick the device (e.g., Rapoo Camera).
Select your mic input (e.g., NVIDIA Broadcast).
Adjust video quality (e.g., 1280x720 High Definition).
Step 3: Enable the Virtual Background
Scroll down and check the box labeled Virtual Background.
Hover over the info icon (ℹ️) to verify your system meets requirements.
Step 4: Choose a Background from the Gallery
Click on Gallery.
Select from a curated collection of preset backgrounds, including:
Dubb-branded graphics
Modern office settings
Virtual meeting rooms
Starry skies and abstract gradients
Step 5: Upload Your Own Custom Background
Select Your Photos > Upload.
Drag and drop or click to upload your custom background (JPEG, PNG, JPG, GIF up to 5MB).
You can use screen grabs, branded images, or screenshots from a client’s website for a more personalized touch.
Tip: Use this feature to present directly over your prospect’s website or a relevant visual to instantly capture their attention.
Uploaded assets are saved in Library for future use.
Step 6: Start Recording
Click the red record button to begin your video. You’ll appear in front of the selected background, giving your message a clean and engaging visual context.
