Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Your Settings

  • On your Dubb dashboard, click on your profile photo at the top right corner.

  • From the dropdown menu, select "Your Settings".

2. Navigate to Customization

  • In the sidebar under settings, locate and click on "Customization".

  • This section is where you’ll find all the toggles for branding controls.

3. Disable Branding Options

Under the Branding section, you will see multiple toggles. Here’s what each option controls:

  • Copy for Email: Removes Dubb branding from the generated email copy.

  • Video Embed: Removes the Dubb watermark and logo from embedded videos.

  • Video Widget: Cleans the widget appearance for embedded use.

  • Email Campaigns: Disables Dubb branding in your outbound campaigns.

  • Showcase Pages: Removes Dubb references from your video galleries.

  • Sub-footer: Eliminates promotional branding at the bottom of pages.

  • Top Navigation Signup Button: Hides Dubb’s signup button from the nav bar.

  • Company Name Replacement: Swap "Dubb" with your own company name in the footer (paid feature).

Note: These settings are only available to paid subscribers or users on a free trial. Disabling branding may also impact your partner referral earnings since some of these branding areas contain your referral link.
