What is Dubb SIA?
SIA stands for Sales Interactive Assistant. It is an AI-powered assistant that lives on your Dubb video pages, custom presets, or even your website as a standalone embed. Unlike generic AI tools, SIA is fully trained on your business and focused on helping you drive conversions. It can:
Answer frequently asked questions
Present CTAs (calls to action)
Capture lead information (email, phone, name, etc.)
Trigger automated workflows in your CRM
SIA bridges the gap between automation and personalization, delivering a dynamic experience tailored to each visitor.
Step 1: Create Your Sales Assistant
Navigate to the Right Area
Go to your Dubb dashboard.
Click on "Assets" in the left menu.
Select "Sales Assistants."
Click the blue "+" button to create a new assistant.
Name Your Assistant
Give your assistant a name that reflects its purpose, such as "Lead Qualifier Bot" or "Product Demo Assistant."
Add Resource Links
These links train your AI assistant. Each link is only one page deep, meaning it can read the content of that single URL but not sub-pages.

Integration guides
You can also use the built-in IRA AI assistant to generate relevant link suggestions.
Upload a PDF or Text Document (Optional)
If you do not have a rich website or want to train the assistant using internal knowledge, upload a well-structured PDF or text document. This allows non-technical users to teach the assistant exactly what they want it to know.
Step 2: Add FAQs
SIA can answer up to 20 frequently asked questions that you manually define. These appear as clickable buttons on your video or landing page.
Best practice:
Keep answers short and clear
Use bullet points or numbered steps
Link each answer to a relevant CTA
Examples:
What is your product?
How does pricing work?
Can I integrate with [CRM]?
Step 3: Set the Welcome Message
Customize your assistant’s default greeting to match your brand tone.
Example: "Hi there! I’m your AI sales assistant. Ask me anything to get started."
Step 4: Define Your CTA
SIA is sales-focused. Define a call-to-action it will drive users toward. Examples:
Book a demo
Download a brochure
Start a trial
Schedule a call
Provide a direct URL for each CTA. The assistant will present this CTA repeatedly after answering user questions.
Step 5: Enable Lead Capture
You can collect user information directly through the assistant. Available fields include:
Email (default)
Phone
First Name
Last Name
Company
Lead capture is progressive. After responding to a question, SIA will ask for one piece of information at a time.
Step 6: Deploy SIA
Option 1: Add to a Single Video
Go to your video’s "Details" page
Scroll down to "Sales Assistant"
Select your preferred SIA
Option 2: Add to a Preset (Reusable Page)
Go to "Assets" > "Presets"
Create or edit a preset
Scroll to the "Sales Assistant" dropdown and assign your SIA
This will automatically add the assistant to all videos using that preset.
Option 3: Share as a Standalone Page
You can use your Sales Assistant as a standalone interactive link or embed it on any webpage, email signature, or social media post.
Step 7: Automate and Scale
