How to Send and Track Dubb Video Messages via Your Email Tool
Export Contacts:
Action: Export contacts from your email tool (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
Purpose: To allow Dubb to identify who the video is sent to and who watches it.
Import Contacts to Dubb:
Action: Go to Dubb > Contacts > Import Contacts. Upload the CSV file.
Purpose: Ensure your contacts are organized in Dubb for tracking purposes.
Tip: Add a tag to categorize the contacts.
Prepare Video Message:
Action: Use the Dubb extension within your email tool (e.g., MailChimp). Click "Copy to Clipboard" to get the video link or GIF.
Purpose: To integrate the video into your email
Insert Video into Email:
Option 1: Copy and paste the video link directly into your email body.
Option 2: If HTML isn’t supported, use the GIF option. Upload the GIF, then hyperlink it with the video URL.
Purpose: Embed the video message effectively into your email content.
Send and Track:
Action: Send your email. Track views and interactions in Dubb.
Purpose: Monitor engagement and view detailed reports on video performance
View Reports:
Action: Check the tracking reports in Dubb or integrated CRM for real-time analytics.
