This article explains how to troubleshoot some common issues on installing the Dubb Desktop App for Mac.

Mac: The most common reason why the Mac version of the Dubb Desktop app does not install is due to requiring the unidentified developers to be authorized. We do not use the Mac App Store to distribute the app to leverage OTA (over the air) updates to the software (similar to Slack and other popular software platforms).
