Firstly, make sure you have the Dubb Chrome Extension Installed.
To configure your microphone to the Dubb Chrome Extension, click on the Settings section of the Extension.
Select the correct microphone from the list of options in the drop-down.
If you are still unable to connect your mac you will need to visit the operating system settings on your computer.
Connecting Your Mic on a Mac
To change the input in your Mac visit System Preferences > Sound > Input. Alternatively, you can click CMD SPACE and search for Sound.
On this page make sure you specify what your input should be. If you are using a Bluetooth or external mic you can specify this here.
Connecting Your Mic on a PC
On a PC follow these steps:
Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar
Select Open sound settings
Choose the Sound control panel on the right
Select the Recording tab
Choose the microphone
