The Dubb-FranConnect integration allows you to quickly send and track video messages through your FranConnect account — with zero coding.

You can record your screen, webcam, or both. And with Dubb's real-time notifications you can track and see;

Here’s how to set it up;

Step 1: Install Dubb Chrome Extension from the Chrome store and sign in to your Dubb account.

Step 2: Log in to your FranConnect dashboard and on the left panel, click on the “Sales” button and then open the “lead summary” page where you can see the list of leads on your CRM.

Step 3: Click on the cog wheel icon beside a lead and select the “send email” option.

Step 4: Look out for the Dubb icon on the text formatting toolbar and then click on it.

Step 5: You’ll have the option to;

Step 6: After selecting your video, add a personalization text using the field above the video, then click on insert video. A preview GIF will be generated automatically.

Step 7: Click send and then track the performance of the video from the reporting section of your Dubb account.

To send a video SMS, select the “send SMS” option on the lead summary page and then locate the Dubb icon in the SMS text box.

Then follow the same process in steps 5 and 6 above to select and send your video. Tracking data will also be available in your Dubb dashboard.
