Here’s how to set it up:

Step 1: Install Dubb Chrome Extension from the Chrome Store and sign in to your Dubb account.

Step 2: Log in to your Odoo account and from the dashboard, click on the “Discuss” tab and on the left pane, select “general” or any other channel.

Step 3: On the formatting toolbar located at the bottom of the email window, click on the Dubb icon.

You’ll have the option to;

Step 5: After selecting your video, add a personalization text using the field above the video, then click on insert video. A preview GIF will be generated automatically.

OR

Step 2: Log in to your Odoo account and from the dashboard, click on the “Contacts” button, and then select a contact

Step 3: Click on “Send message” and on the right panel.

Step 4: On the message window, look out for the Dubb icon on the text formatting toolbar and then click on it.

Step 5: You’ll have the option to;

Step 6: After selecting your video,add a personalization text using the field above the video, then click on insert video. A preview GIF will be generated automatically.

Step 7: Click send and then track the performance of the video from the reporting section of your Dubb account.
