Step 1: Install Dubb Chrome Extension from the Chrome Store and sign in to your Dubb account. You can sign up here in 30 seconds if you don’t already have an account. www.dubb.com/register

Step 2: Login to your Zendesk dashboard, click on add and select ticket from the drop down menu

Step 3: In the ticket window, you will see the Dubb icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the window

Step 4: Click on the Dubb icon to reveal a menu where you have the option to;

Step 5: After selecting your video, add a personalized text in the field above the video, and click on insert video.

Step 6: Your video will be pasted in the message box alongside the Dubb link to the video.
