Why is my credit card being declined when I try to Subscribe to Dubb?

This article explains how and why sometimes credit cards are declined when users are trying to purchase a subscription to Dubb.

There are multiple reasons why your card might be getting declined.

These include:
wrong expiration date
wrong CVV code
wrong zip code

Additionally, it is possible that your credit card company is declining a charge for security concerns. We recommend contacting your credit card company and asking if there is some sort of a block on the charge. Often times they will be able to explain why the card is being declined. If you still have an issue purchasing a subscription to Dubb, please report back any new findings.

visit dubb.com/settings/payment-method (while logged into your Dubb account)
