How to use the Dubb Agile CRM Extension

Here's how Dubb integrates with Agile CRM

With the Dubb-Agile CRM integration, you can record your screen, webcam, or both. And with Dubb's real-time notifications you can monitor:

  • Video watch rates

  • Who watched the video and when they watched

  • Emoji reactions

  • Call to action engagements

  • Video replies

Here's how to integrate Dubb with Agile CRM, step-by-step:

Sending one-to-one video emails

Step 1: Install the Dubb Chrome Extension and log in to your account.

If you don't already have a Dubb account, you can sign up here.

Step 2: Sign in to your Agile CRM account. From your dashboard, navigate to the email composition interface.

Step 3: Click on the Dubb icon located in the toolbar.

Step 4: You’ll have the option to:

  • Record a video of your screen

  • Record with your webcam

  • Upload from your computer or YouTube

  • Or select a pre-recorded video from your Dubb library

Step 5: After selecting your video, add a personalization text using the field above the video, then click on Insert Video. An animated GIF preview will be generated automatically.

Step 6: Click send and then track the performance of your video from the reporting section of your Dubb account.

Sending video emails through automation

Step 1: Install the Dubb Chrome Extension and log in to your account. Sign up here if you don't already have one.

Step 2: Export your contacts from Agile CRM.

Step 3: Go to your Dubb dashboard, click on Connections, and then Contacts.

Step 4: On the Contacts page, click on the drop-down beside “Add new contact,” and choose Import Contacts.

Step 5: Navigate to the “Send Email” window inside Agile CRM, click on HTML, then write in your message and insert the necessary merge field(s) for your use case.

Step 6: Locate your Dubb video from the Dubb website. Click on the Share & Send button, then Advanced Options, tick the box for third-party optimization, and select Agile CRM. Next, you will need to click on the “Copy for Email” drop-down and select Copy HTML Code.

Step 7: Go back to Agile CRM and paste what you have copied into the HTML section.

Step 8: To add personalization text, take the merge field from Agile CRM and insert it into the personalization text field found in Dubb’s Share & Send window.

Step 9: Click send and then track the real-time performance of your video from the reporting section of your Dubb account.
