What is Dubb AI?

Step 1: Create Your Dubb AI Account
Visit https://ai.dubb.com and sign up using:
Your email address and a password
Your Google account (via OAuth)
Your existing Dubb account
Once signed in, you land on the Dubb AI Dashboard - your central hub for configuration and management.
Step 2: Install Dubb AI to Slack
Go to Agent Settings at https://ai.dubb.com/settings
Scroll to the Slack Connection section
Click Connect Slack Workspace
Authorize on Slack's OAuth page - select your workspace and click Allow
You'll be redirected back to the dashboard confirming the connection
Note: You must be a Slack workspace admin (or have install permissions). If not, your admin will need to approve the app.
Step 3: Start Chatting with Dubb AI in Slack
Direct Message: Open a DM with Dubb AI in your Slack sidebar
Channel Mention: Use
@Dubb AIin any channel it has been added to
Example prompts: "Write a cold outreach email for a SaaS prospect", "Schedule a follow-up reminder for tomorrow at 9am", "Update my HubSpot CRM with my last call notes"
Step 4: Configure Agent Settings
Customize behavior at https://ai.dubb.com/settings:
System Prompt - set your business tone, audience, and preferences
LLM Provider - choose OpenAI or Anthropic
Model Selection - pick the version that fits your needs
Active/Inactive Toggle - disable the bot without losing integrations
Step 5: Connect Your Integrations
Head to https://ai.dubb.com/integrations to connect Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Calendar, Calendly, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and 3,000+ more via secure OAuth.
Step 6: Manage Skills
Skills activate specialized capabilities for your requests. Manage them at https://ai.dubb.com/skills. Available skills include cold outreach, lead generation, CRM management, scheduling, blog writing, Dubb video email sending, and more.
