Contacts provide the following functionality:

  1. user-level activity reporting. (e.g. opened/clicked an email and watched 100% of video A)
  2. CRM integrations
  3. Tag management (ability to mark contacts based on activity/history/tasks, etc) This has nothing to do with the number of views. Our platform is not intended to email blasting which is why we are compatible with email providers and CRM/marketing automation systems.

To manage your contacts do the following steps:

  1. import your contacts
  2. When you are sending personalized videos, include the recipient's email
